Timpo Toys Figures | Figurenschnapp.de
The company was founded under the name Toy Importer by Salomon Gawrylovotz, a German who emigrated to Great Britain. This gave rise to the abbreviation TIMPO. TIMPO TOYS experienced its greatest boom in the 1970s with the sale of plastic figures and accessories. Figures and accessories from different eras were produced. The main focus was on Wild West and medieval figures. A total of about 40 million plastic figures were produced and sold worldwide from 1964 to 1980. The company went bankrupt in Scotland in 1980.
