Cherilea Toys | Figurenschnapp.de
The forerunner of Cherilea Toys was the company Johillco. After the Second World War, in 1948, Johillco's chief designer Wilfred Cherrington left the company and started his own business with a Mr. Leaver in Blackpool. The name Cherilea was a combination of their surnames.
The early figures are one piece and about 54mm tall, the newer ones are stick figures with more details and a little bigger. Compared to other stick figures, the Cherilea figures are not very detailed and sometimes with strange proportions.
Find Cherilea astronauts, guardsmen, knights, romans, vikings, soldiers, cowboys and indians, africans and musketeers, some of them still in their original packaging!
