Dulcop is an Italian company founded in Bologna in 1938, which has produced toys, bubble products, character figures and premium figurines for various companies, including Ferrero's children's surprise. The company produced a wide range of plastic figurines until 1995, including Robin Hood, Zorro, Tarzan, cowboys, knights, Napoleonic soldiers, cowboys and Indians. Like most European toy soldier companies, the Dulcop factory painted their early figures. In the 1980s, however, figures were also produced unpainted. Dulcop ceased figure production around 1995 to concentrate on making other toys, soap bubbles, balloons and waterballs.
